Project Recipe
Card Stock:
Basic Black--5 1/2" x 8 1/2" scored at 4 1/4"
Whisper White--5 1/4" x 8" scored at 2" and 4", 3" x 3" (stamp hemisphere, die cut with Stitched Circle)
Gold Foil--2 1/4" x 2 3/4"
Retiring: Country Club DSP--4" x 5 1/4", 3/8 x 4 (2) Substitute with World of Good Specialty DSP
Adhere DSP just along the top of the front of the Black Card Stock. You only want the glue at the top because you need to be able to separate the DSP from the Black Card Stock. We will use the black circle later.
Die cut the largest circle from Layering Circles Dies. Separate we will use the Black Circle.
Adhere the Whisper White section, per diagram to the inside of the card base.
Adhere the DSP strip to the bottom of the card. Do not go into the score with the DSP, this will make the card fold and be less bulky. Adhere the two-2" pieces be sure not to put DSP on the fold line.
Fold the inside in and close the card. Apply glue to the right hand side of the folded white. Then apply the black circle. You want it to be glued ONLY on the one side.
Die cut a circle from Whisper White with the 2nd largest Stitched Shapes Circle. Adhere with dimensionals.
Die cut the Globe Base from Gold Foil. Adhere being careful only to apply glue on the right side of the stand and on the fine frame that holds the globe. DO NOT glue the spindle on the base. You want the card to kind of swivel when opened.
Apply Metallic pearls to the Card Front.
