Press down firmly on the center of the punch to punch. Repeat until you have corner rounded all 4 corners of the rectangle.
Mount the "let's celebrate you" sentiment from the Hey Birthday Chick Set on Block B. Ink up ONLY the word "celebrate" using the side of the brush tip of the Poppy Parade Marker. Breathe on the stamp to moisten the ink. Stamp the word in the center of the bottom of the corned rounded white vertical rectangle.
Mount the bunch of confetti image from the Hey Birthday Chick Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Flirty Flamingo, Coastal Cabana, Daffodil Delight, or Poppy Parade Ink Pad. Stamp the image at a slight angle just above the stamped sentiment on the corner rounded large vertical white rectangle. Re-ink the stamp with the same color ink and stamp it again a little higher up and a little closer to one side or the other of the cardstock. Re-ink the stamp one more time with the same color of ink and stamp it again a little higher up and even closer to one side or the other of the cardstock. Clean the stamp using the Stampin' Scrub and Stampin' Mist Stamp Cleaner and/or Simply Shammy, but leave it on the block.
Re-ink the bunch of confetti image on Block B with one of the remaining three colors. Stamp it at a slight angle just slightly above the first confetti image you stamped near the bottom of the cardstock,. Re-ink the stamp with the same color ink and stamp it again a couple of times remembering to re-ink the stamp each time. You are trying to make a rough triangle shape of confetti in the center of the cardstock using all the colors. Clean the stamp again, but leave it on the block.
Re-ink the bunch of confetti image on Block B with one of the remaining two colors. Stamp it a few times remembering to re-ink the stamp each time. You are trying to make a rough triangle shape of confetti in the center of the cardstock using all the colors. Clean the stamp again, but leave it on the block.
Re-ink the bunch of confetti image on Block B with the remaining color. Stamp it a few times remembering to re-ink the stamp each time, filling in the rough triangle shape of confetti in the center of the cardstock. Clean the stamp and put it away.
Mount the hen being lifted up by the balloon image from the Hey Birthday Chick Set on Block I. Ink up only the balloon and some of the string using the Memento Ink Pad. Stamp it on one end of the horizontal white strip. Re-ink the balloon and some of the string using the Memento Pad, stamp it in the center of the white strip, leaving room between the images to cut them out with the die in a later step. Re-ink the balloon and some of the string using the Memento Pad, stamp it on the other end of the white strip, leaving room between the images to cut them out with the die in a later step.
Pick out the hen floating from a balloon die from the Birthday Chick Dies. Place the die on top of one of the stamped balloons on the platform of your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the balloon portion of the die is centered over the stamped balloon image. Run through the machine. Repeat with the other two balloon images.
Put the balloon cut outs on some Grid Paper to protect your work surface. You need to make sure that you protect your work surface with paper as the Stampin' Blends Markers do bleed through.
Use the Dark and Light Poppy Parade Stampin' Blends to color in one of the balloons.
Use the Dark and Light Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blends to color in one of the balloons.
Use the Dark and Light Granny Apple Green Stampin' Blends to color in one of the balloons.
Use the Color Lifter Stampin' Blends to remove excess color from the balloons. Leave an area near the center of each a little lighter as shown.
Use Paper Snips Scissors to cut off the string from the bottom of each colored balloon.
Cut three pieces of Crumb Cake twine from the spool in the Baker's Twine Essentials Pack so they are each at least 2-1/2" long.
Use a small piece of Tear & Tape Adhesive to adhere one end of one of the Baker's Twine pieces to the back of the red balloon cut out and to adhere one end of one of the Baker's Twine pieces to the back of the yellow balloon cut out.
Remove the protective backing from the Tear & Tape Adhesive on the back of the red balloon cut out. Add more adhesive if needed. Adhere the red balloon cut out with twine attached to the center of the card front so it is about 1-1/4" from the top of the card.
Remove the protective backing from the Tear & Tape Adhesive on the back of the yellow balloon cut out. Add more adhesive if needed. Adhere the yellow balloon cut out with twine attached to the center of the card front so it overlaps the bottom right side of the red balloon cut out a bit.
Use a Stampin' Dimensional to adhere one end of the remaining Baker's Twine piece to the back of the green balloon cut out.
Remove the protective backing from the Dimensional on the back of the green balloon cut out. Add more Dimensionals if needed. Adhere the green balloon cut out with twine attached to the center of the card front so it overlaps the lower left side of the red balloon and the left side of the yellow balloon.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to gather together the loose ends of twine and adhere them to the card front about half way between the bottom of the balloons and the top of the sentiment.
Trim off excess twine below the Mini Glue Dot.
Cut a 3-1/2" piece of the White 1/4" Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon.
Lay the ribbon on some Grid Paper to protect your work surface. Use the brush tip of the Dark Granny Apple Green Stampin' Blends to color the ribbon. Allow to dry for a moment.
Tie the colored ribbon piece in a half knot in the center. Trim the ends.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the colored ribbon knot to the front of the card over the Mini Glue Dot holding the gathered ends of the twine in place.
Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up 2 small Mango Melody sequins and 1 large Calypso Coral sequin from a sheet of Artistry Blooms Sequins making sure that you get the adhesive backings as well. Adhere them to the front of the card around the balloon bouquet.
