Pick out the large rectangle with a notch on one side and a tiny hole in the center die from the Give It A Whirl Dies. Put it on top of the Smoky Slate rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine.
Pick out the circle shape with a tiny hole at the bottom die from the Give It A Whirl Dies. Put it on top of the die cut Smoky Slate rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the hole in the die lines up with the hole in the cardstock and the circle shape is slightly to the right side and the notch in the Smoky Slate rectangle is near the bottom left side. Run through the machine.
Insert the die cut Smoky Slate rectangle into the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder. Place the folder with the cardstock inside on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine and run through the machine.
Place the Basic Gray rectangle into the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder. Place the folder with the cardstock inside on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine and run through the machine.
Use your fingers to tear off the top, long edge of the dry embossed Basic Gray rectangle and a downward angle from the left to right side.
Adhere the torn, dry embossed Basic Gray rectangle to the bottom of the dry embossed, die cut Smoky Slate layer. Make sure the notch on the Smoky Slate layer is on the lower left side and that it is NOT covered at all by the Basic Gray piece. Use Paper Snips Scissors to trim off excess Basic Gray cardstock on the bottom, left, and right edges of the Smoky Slate rectangle.
Unlock the Banners Pick A Punch. Slide one short edge of the Bermuda Bay strip into the right side of the punch (the side of the punch with the inward notched top) as far as it will go and get it centered. Punch.
Mount the sentiment of choice from the Party Puffins Set on Block G. Ink it up with the Poppy Parade Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the punched Bermuda Bay strip so it is close to the notch with the notch on the left side.
Adhere the stamped sentiment strip to the upper right side of the layered, dry embossed Smoky Slate rectangle about 1/2" from the top. Make sure the notch is on the left side.
Use Paper Snips Scissors to cut off excess Bermuda Bay cardstock on the right edge.
Pick out the large, scalloped edge circle with a tiny hole in the center die from the Give It A Whirl Dies. Put it on top of the large Basic White Thick square on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine.
WITHOUT ADHERING, lay the layered die cut and dry embossed Smoky Slate rectangle on the white scalloped circle cut out so the holes in the centers line up and a bit of the edge of the scalloped circle shows in the notch on the lower left side of the Smoky Slate cut out.
Mount the small, gift wrapped fish image from the Party Puffins Set on Block A. Ink it up using the Memento Ink Pad. Stamp the fish image twice onto the white circle through the circle shaped cut out in the Smoky Slate rectangle. Remember to re-ink the stamp each time. Vary the angle of the fish a little.
Rotate the white scalloped circle die under the Smoky Slate rectangle cut out so a clean area shows through the circle shaped cut out. Make sure the holes in both pieces still line up.
Mount the "You're The Best" sentiment from the Party Puffins Set on Block B. Ink it up using the Poppy Parade Ink Pad. Stamp the words onto the white circle through the circle shaped cut out in the Smoky Slate rectangle.
Remove the Smoky Slate rectangle cut out.
Mount the birthday cake image from the Party Puffins Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Memento Ink Pad. Stamp the cake image on the white circle cut out so it is evenly spaced between the previously stamped sentiment and fish images on the white circle and is just barely above the hole in the center of the white circle.
Put the stamped white circle cut out on some Grid Paper to protect your work surface. You need to make sure that you protect your work surface with paper as the Stampin' Blends Markers do bleed through.

Use the Dark and Light Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blends to color in the rest of the cake.
Use the Dark and Light Bermuda Bay Stampin' Blends to color in the cake plate.

Use the Dark and Light Poppy Parade Stampin' Blends to color in the bow on one of the fish.
Use the Dark and Light Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blends to color in the bow on the other fish.
Pick out a small, black, circle brad from the Round & Square Brads.
Lay the layered, dry embossed Smoky Slate rectangle cut out on top of the stamped and colored white scalloped circle cut out so the holes line up. Insert the prongs of the brad through the holes and flatten them on the back side of the rectangle/circle cut outs.
Put Stampin' Dimensionals all over the back of the layered rectangle cut out making sure that none are too close to the scalloped circle cut out. Remove the protective backings and put another Stampin' Dimensional on top of each dimensional already in place. Remove the protective backings and adhere the layered rectangle/circle cut outs to the front of the Poppy Parade card. Give the spinner wheel a turn to make sure it spins smoothly.
Mount the puffin with a party hat on image from the Party Puffins Set on Block D. Ink it up with the Tuxedo Black Memento Pad. Stamp it in the center of the 2" x 2-3/4" white rectangle.
Put the stamped puffin on some Grid Paper to protect your work surface. You need to make sure that you protect your work surface with paper as the Stampin' Blends Markers do bleed through.
Use the Dark and Light Poppy Parade Stampin' Blends to color in the puffin's beak, his feet and legs, and one of the dots on his party hat.
Use the Dark Poppy Parade Stampin' Blends to outline the puffin's eye.
Use the Dark Bermuda Bay Stampin' Blends to color in one of the dots on the puffin's party hat.
Use the Dark Granny Apple Green Stampin' Blends to color in the other dots and the pompom on the puffin's party hat.
Use the Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blends to color in the rest of the puffin's party hat.
Use the Color Lifter Stampin' Blends if needed to remove excess color.
Use Paper Snips Scissors to cut out the colored puffin image by hand.
Use Stampin' Dimensionals and Mini Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the colored puffin in a party hat cut out to the front of the card in the lower left corner.
If desired, use the fine tip of the Basic Black Marker to add a couple of dots between the puffin in a party hat's head and the brad like thought bubble dots.
Mount the small puffin with crossed flippers image from the Party Puffins Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Tuxedo Black Memento Pad. Stamp it in the center of the 1-1/2" x 2" white rectangle.
Put the stamped puffin on some Grid Paper to protect your work surface. You need to make sure that you protect your work surface with paper as the Stampin' Blends Markers do bleed through.
Use the Dark and Light Poppy Parade Stampin' Blends to color in the puffin's beak and his feet and legs.
Use the Dark Poppy Parade Stampin' Blends to outline his eye.
Use the Color Lifter Stampin' Blends if needed to remove excess color.
Use Paper Snips Scissors to cut out the colored puffin image by hand.
Adhere the colored and cut out puffin with crossed flippers image to the front of the card in the lower right corner so one of his feet is tucked behind the top of the torn and dry embossed Basic Gray layer.
Mount the small gift wrapped fish image from the Party Puffins Set on Block A again if needed. Ink it up with the Memento Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the small white square.
Put the stamped fish on some Grid Paper to protect your work surface. You need to make sure that you protect your work surface with paper as the Stampin' Blends Markers do bleed through.

Use the Dark and Light Granny Apple Green Stampin' Blends to color in the bow on the fish.
Use Paper Snips Scissors to cut out by hand the colored fish.
Use a Mini Stampin' Dimensional to adhere the cut out fish to the front of the card so it is centered over the smaller puffin's crossed flippers.
